At By Coquette, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the journey back to our warehouse for you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
